Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics and customer service professional to manage daily operations at the West Singapore site. You will handle inbound/outbound shipments, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 1–2 years of logistics or related experience, and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and Excel is preferred. Two shifts are available, with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec/Higher Nitec in logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years in logistics or customer service preferred.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer service and logistics coordination for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Receive and process customer orders and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport teams, drivers and freight forwarders for on-time deliveries.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers.
