Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, international business or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in logistics/warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned customers; handle enquiries, updates, and operational issues.
• Process orders in Warehouse Management System (WMS); coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with warehouse team.
• Monitor inventory accuracy; support cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare billing; verify invoices and generate KPI/operational reports.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transport and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
