Job summary

teckwah logistics pte. ltd. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage order processing and shipment coordination. You will liaise with customers and logistics partners via email and phone to confirm requirements and arrange shipments.

The role involves preparing shipping documents, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing and customer service.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Responsible, proactive, and a good team player.
Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements.
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and logistics service providers.
Schedule and coordinate deliveries, and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.
Perform Daily 5S activities to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Work effectively under pressure to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
