Job summary

A leading logistics provider in Singapore is looking for a logistics coordinator to manage order processing and support daily operations. You will coordinate with various parties to ensure all logistics and distribution functions run smoothly. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a similar role, familiarity with warehouse operations, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general duties of order processing coordination with various parties to support the daily logistics/distribution operations
• Operate according to company’s quality policy and in compliance to customer’s service standard
• Meet basic and routine requirements of internal (immediate supervisor) and external (customers and forwarders)
• Communicate and liaise with various external parties pertaining to shipment and orders
• Maintain and filing of documentation
• Other ad-hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar role will be advantageous
• Experience in using Oracle or SAP will be advantageous.
• Previous hands-on experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables or vlookup.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across teams.
