Job summary

Zohorecruit in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support operations documentation, update the WMS, and coordinate between warehouse and transportation teams. You will communicate with customers to provide status updates and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong administrative skills, proactive communication, and the ability to prepare reports and maintain records for shipping and delivery activities. Prior clerical/administrative experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• This position requires minimum 1 year relevant work experience in clerical/administrative support or equivalent.
• Good customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare documentation for movement of warehouse cargo.
• Create and maintain reports and files for operations records, correspondence, plans and expenses.
• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure cargo readiness for deliveries.
• Track and trace shipping details with forwarding agents.
• Update shipment and domestic delivery status to customers.
• Handle ad-hoc/administrative duties as needed.
