Job summary

LTH Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse operations professional to ensure adherence to procedures and customer requirements at our Singapore facility. The role involves managing schedules, inventory accuracy, and daily inbound/outbound processing in the system.

You will liaise with Customer Service, Traffic, and Warehouse teams to enhance coordination, ensure HSSE compliance, and perform ad-hoc administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that warehouse operations at respective floor are executed in accordance with the warehouse procedures and customers’ requirements
• Ensure schedule and deadlines are adhered to
• Manage Inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of the same to verify results
• Exercise good work practices towards Policies and Procedures and understanding of compliance in relation to regulatory bodies
• Liaise with Customer Service, Traffic and Warehouse personnel to establish better working coordination with them
• Ensure compliance with HSSE procedures and practices
• Administration duties as required to ensure daily Inbound / Outbound processed in system
• Administration duties as required to ensure all warehouse activities related report to complete as when required
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Working days: 5.5 days
• Willing to work in Jurong Island
• Company transport to/fro from Jurong East MRT
