Job summary

HEAH LONG SENG TRANSPORT & TRADING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a responsible Logistics Controller to support daily transport, shipping and trading operations. You will handle shipping tasks, coordinate schedules, prepare documents and liaise with customers, suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in transport, logistics, shipping or trading is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to handle documents accurately and efficiently.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore transport and logistics operations is an advantage.
• Malaysian candidates with E-Pass eligibility are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping-related tasks, including processing and updating shipment records.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipment and delivery schedules.
• Prepare, check and maintain shipping and transport documents.
• Support permit declaration and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, drivers and warehouse teams.
• Visit warehouses when required for document preparation and operational coordination.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delivery arrangements
• Assist with daily transport and logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries and related documents.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and operational matters
• Provide administrative support for transport and trading activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
