Job summary

GREENPAC (S) PTE. LTD. is hiring for a warehouse associate in Singapore. The role involves assembling packaging materials, picking orders, and putting away stock while adhering to safety standards.

You will receive, store, and ship items, verify quantities, and maintain the WMS inventory records. The position requires forklift and reach truck operation with a valid license and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and safety.
• Ability to work with forklift equipment and follow licenses.
• Proactive in following standard work procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble packaging materials for shipment according to orders.
• Pick items according to the pick list and prepare for packing.
• Perform putaway tasks and verify locations and product placement.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against orders.
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
• Handle container stuffing/unstuffing for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Load and unload goods from internal and external trucks.
• Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Key Responsibilities :

• Assembly of packaging materials.
• Pick orders according to the pick list requirements.
• Perform putaway tasks, including material handling, location verification, and product placement.
• Receive all incoming materials into warehouse, ensuring that the quantity and quality match the order specifications.
• Verify and ensure accuracy of outgoing shipments.
• Maintains accurate inventory records using a computerized inventory management system (WMS).
• Handle container stuffing and unstuffing for inbound and outbound shipments based on instructions.
• Loading and unloading of goods for both internal and external trucks
• Carry out ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to understand standard work procedures (English)
• Minimum 1 year store exposure is preferred
• Ability to operate forklift & reach truck is a must (With valid forklift license)
• Good team work and observe safety measures
