Job summary

RecruitFirst is outsourcing to a warehouse/fulfillment operation in Singapore. The role involves handling stock, counting, weighing, and verifying receipts and shipments against invoices. The position is a 3-month contract located at Joo Koon, with working hours Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm.

Candidates with relevant logistics, warehouse or inventory experience are welcome to apply. The assignment is extendable based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory is welcomed.
• Must be able to count, weigh, and verify items against invoices.
• Strong attention to detail and organization for stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Count, sort and weigh incoming/outgoing items to verify against requisitions or invoices.
• Inspect stock to ensure items meet required specifications.
• Store and arrange items in bins, on shelves, or designated areas by size and type.
• Support daily logistics operations with proper stock arrangement.
