Job summary

FREIGHT MARK LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse operator in Singapore to manage daily warehouse activities, inventory movements, and order fulfilment. You will handle picking, packing, scanning, put-away and stock control within a busy storage environment.

The role requires operating MHE equipment (Stacker, Order Picker, Forklift) and maintaining accurate stock records in the WMS/ERP systems, with regular counts and housekeeping to ensure a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience operating MHE equipment.
• Ability to perform regular stock counts and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and designated storage areas.
• Ensure materials movements and inventory accuracy.
• Execute picking, packing, scanning, put-away and order fulfilment activities.
• Perform monthly stock counts and annual stock takes with high accuracy.
• Record system entries in WMS and ERP systems (GR/GI).
• Maintain housekeeping and workspace cleanliness.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Must be physically fit to manage daily warehouse activities.

Daily operation of the warehouse and other designated storage areas.

• o Responsible for all materials movements and accuracy of inventory.
• o Responsible for the running of the warehouse operation, picking and packing, scanning , put away and all order fulfilment activities.
• o Perform monthly stock count and yearly stock take, ensure high accuracy level of inventory and accountability.
• o Stock movements, inspection of goods, packaging materials management and staging of materials in a timely manner.
• o Perform system entries on (GR/GI) in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP System.
• o Perform regular housekeeping.
• o Handling any other related ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• o Skills Required: MHE operating skills (Stacker, Order picker, Forklift )
