Job summary

MINMED GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Assistant to plan and coordinate the delivery of medical supplies across all Minmed locations in Singapore. The role focuses on timely replenishment and close collaboration with multiple teams to maintain stock accuracy.

You will conduct stock audits, liaise with vendors to resolve delivery issues, and support logistics for corporate health screening projects, while identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment to all Minmed locations.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure stock sufficiency and timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, delivery orders, and inventory levels.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to track and resolve delivery issues.
• Support logistics arrangements for corporate and outreach health screening projects.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.
• Assist in process improvement to enhance logistics efficiency and cost management.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
