Job summary

Minmed Group is looking for a Logistics Assistant to plan and coordinate the delivery of medical supplies across all locations. You will manage delivery schedules, ensure stock sufficiency, and maintain accurate records of stock movement and orders.

You will liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and support logistics for corporate and outreach health screening projects, while conducting regular stock audits and upholding safety and storage standards.

Qualifications

• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules and inventory across all Minmed locations.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, delivery orders and inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment to all Minmed locations.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and internal departments to track and resolve delivery issues.
• Support logistics arrangements for corporate and outreach health screening projects.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.
• Assist in process improvement to enhance logistics efficiency and cost management.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
