Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an intern for its Procurement & Digital team in Singapore. You will support global logistics procurement, build analytics tools, and drive digital solutions across air, ocean, and express freight categories.

You will work with category managers, develop dashboards, and implement AI-driven insights to optimize costs. Applicants should be enrolled in a related degree and have strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in data analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in Copilot, Generative AI tools, Tableau, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL, data visualization, dashboard development, and Python (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop an Air, Ocean and Express Comparison Tool to evaluate freight options.
• Create logistics cost calculators and carrier rate analysis tools.
• Build procurement dashboards to improve visibility of logistics spend.
• Develop automated freight costing models for sourcing and negotiation activities.
