Job summary

MONDIALE VGL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistic Officer to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in Singapore. The role focuses on inventory control, stock accuracy, and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You will monitor stock levels with WMS, perform regular stock checks, and liaise with customers on shipment status, addressing inquiries and resolving delays or discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular physical stock checks to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Coordinate stock movements within the warehouse to support timely order fulfillment and storage optimization
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed documentation of inventory transactions and shipments
• Maintain accuracy of stock records to ensure reliable inventory information for operational decisions
• Track shipments to monitor delivery progress and update relevant stakeholders on status
• Liaise with customers to provide timely updates on shipment status and address inquiries
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, stock discrepancies, or damaged goods by investigating and coordinating corrective actions
