Job summary

IL NETWORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Shipping Coordinator to support daily logistics operations in Singapore. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, coordinate shipments, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Training on in-house software will be provided. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will work with customers, forwarders and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and compliant

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email timely.
• Prepare shipping and import/export documents (e.g. Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, invoices).
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Process invoices and billing documents on time.
• Coordinate with customers, forwarders and internal teams on the arrangements.
• Ensure operations comply with company SOPs.
• Performing other tasks related to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
• Training on in-house software will be provided.
