Job summary

Focal Search Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse and delivery assistant to support inventory control and order fulfillment in our Singapore operations. You will handle incoming materials, maintain organized stock, prepare orders for shipment, and assist with loading and unloading as needed.

The role requires a current Class 3 driving license, basic stock management knowledge, and the ability to work independently while staying safe and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Accept, examine, and confirm arriving materials and items.
• Keep inventory organized, stored, and maintained in the warehouse.
• Select, package, and get ready to deliver orders.
• Perform routine inventory inspections and stock counts.
• Keep precise records of inventory levels and stock movements.
• Ensure warehouse safety and proper storage procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo.
• Deliver goods to clients, vendors, and project locations.
• Confirm delivery orders and obtain consumer acknowledgments.
• Adhere to business policies and traffic laws.
• Assist clients with unloading when necessary.

Delivery duties:

• Make timely and safe deliveries of goods to clients, vendors, and project locations.
• After delivery, confirm delivery orders and get consumer acknowledgments.
• Verify adherence to business policy and traffic laws.
• When necessary, help clients unload.

Conditions

• At least a secondary education, or its equivalent.
• A current Class 3 driver's license.
• It is desirable if you have prior experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• A basic understanding of stock control and inventory management.
• The capacity to move and raise large objects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently, responsible, and on time.
