Job summary

You will assess client needs, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, monitor progress, liaise with other professionals, and refer as needed to ensure holistic care for clients at home and in community facilities.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as full registrant.

Responsibilities

• Monitor training programmes and review its effectiveness
• Liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitative treatment process
