CACEIS Bank Singapore Branch is seeking a Local Risk Officer (LRO) to lead risk management for the Singapore branch. You will implement core risk framework pillars, oversee credit and counterparty risks, and ensure regulatory reporting and audits are handled in line with Group guidelines.

The role reports to the RCRO and Country Managing Director, with support from Group risk functions, focusing on governance, risk controls, and regulatory compliance within a multinational asset-servicing group.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency is mandatory.
• Ability to analyze complex risk data and report findings clearly.
• Experience in risk management within banking/financial services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of the bank's risk framework across credit, counterparty and operational risk.
• Manage local branch credit and counterparty risks and reporting.
• Represent the branch to regulators and ensure regulatory risk reports are delivered.
• Oversee human resources and activity management for the branch.
