Job summary

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided. You may work at both locations as needed, and complimentary staff meals are provided to staff.

• Review financial information and recommend loan structures and repayment terms.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the loan process.
• Explain loan terms clearly and assist customers in completing loan agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and loan documentation.
• Support daily operations and team objectives.
• Handle general administrative duties.
