Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and able to manage challenging situations professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or loan systems is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English for work-related communication.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves handling enquiries from Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process loan applications, including eligibility checks, income verification, and basic credit evaluation
• Explain loan products, repayment structures, and procedures clearly to customers
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, messaging platforms, and email
• Recommend suitable loan or repayment solutions based on customer needs
• Ensure proper documentation, accurate data entry, and timely submission
• Follow up on outstanding documents, loan status, and repayment matters
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
• Promote loan products, including renewals and cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalation complex cases when required
• Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned
