Job summary

Speedo Capital in Singapore is seeking a motivated role to support the daily operations of the Loan Department. The successful candidate will assist in processing loan applications, preparing loan documents, monitoring repayments, and maintaining accurate customer and loan records.

You will also assist with motor insurance quotations, renewals, and related documentation, handle enquiries, and contribute to regular reports and filing.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing and documentation.
• Ability to verify documents and maintain records.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and loan-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and verify supporting documents.
• Prepare loan agreements, repayment schedules and related documents.
• Monitor repayments and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate customer and loan records.
• Assist with motor insurance quotations, renewals and documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and administrative follow-ups.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain proper filing.
