Job summary

Dickson Capital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Associate to join our Car Loans Sales support team in Singapore.

You will undergo progressive training in motor loans processing including floor stock, hire purchase, and in-house loans, reporting to the General Manager. The role emphasizes accuracy, data entry speed, and teamwork, with responsibilities covering verification of documents, coordinating with banks and customers, loan disbursement processing, and monthly interest

Responsibilities

• Progressive training in motor loans processing (floor stock, hire purchase, in-house loans).
• Report to the General Manager.
• Verify supporting documents for regulatory and banks' requirements.
• Work with Sales to ensure no pending, aged cases.
• Notify and follow up with banks, customers on outstanding cases.
• Process and submit loan disbursements to bank partners promptly and accurately.
• Manage and support portfolio's monthly interest calculations and follow-up.
• Monitor outstanding payments and send reminders.
• Consolidate data for reporting and dashboard maintenance.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
