Job description

CDAS Search is working with an international developer of LNG/New Energies projects who are going through an exciting period of growth and looking to grow their team in the region.

They are looking for a Development Manager to work within a dynamic and nimble team to identify, evaluate and develop LNG/New Energies projects across the globe.

Roles and responsibilities:
  • The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:
  • Lead investment/project evaluation, project structuring, financial modeling, and funding requirements
  • Working closely with Business Development teams to prepare business case and analyses to senior management and board of directors for final investment decisions.
  • Be able to work with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally across business groups e.g., Business Development, Technical & Project & Development, Legal and appointed advisors, to achieve timely financial close.
Requirements:
  • 6-9 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance or Project Development within the LNG/Gas to power/New Energies sector.
  • Financial modeling proficiency is a must - Possess both debt and equity financing exposure and have a good understanding of financial market products.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and mitigate development risk.
  • Ability to work independently.
