Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) seeks an LMS Administrator to manage the bank's learning management system and related platforms in its Singapore operations. You will handle user management, content uploading, course scheduling, and reporting, ensuring smooth operation for employees and trainers.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools, virtual classrooms, CMS).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
• Prior banking/financial services exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the bank's LMS and learning platforms, including user management and reporting.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users (employees and trainers).
• Collaborate with L&D to integrate content and new functionalities.
• Evaluate, select and implement new learning technologies.
• Develop and deliver training materials and user guides.
