NTU Singapore hosts an AI Singapore position focused on safety testing, red teaming, and reviewing LLM architectures for vulnerabilities. You will mentor AIAP apprentices and contribute to Singapore's AI safety standards while collaborating on diverse industry projects.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, with strong Python skills, security testing experience, and familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 2–4 years of work experience.
• Experience with LLM architectures, prompt engineering and API integration.
• Strong Python coding and secure software development practices.
• Knowledge of AI safety standards and governance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Execute automated LLM safety testing pipelines integrated with CI/CD.
• Conduct red teaming and adversarial testing: prompt injection, data leakage, RAG attacks.
• Review system architectures for security vulnerabilities and provide secure design recommendations.
• Document vulnerabilities with severity, steps to reproduce and remediation guidance.
• Mentor AIAP apprentices and contribute to community talks and documentation.
