You will work across sales, architecture and engineering to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG and agent frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on presales, design, solutioning and implementation experience in Software Development, AI Engineering, Generative AI, or Agentic AI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience designing multi-agent workflows and tool-calling/orchestration architectures.
• Familiarity with Azure / Azure OpenAI and cloud platforms.
• Written and spoken fluency in English with business proficiency in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to discover, identify, assess, prioritize, promote and drive realization of potential customer AI and Agentic AI use cases into actual projects.
• Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications and AI agents using LLMs, RAG and agent frameworks.
• Build and orchestrate single-agent and multi-agent workflows with robust back-end services and APIs.
