Job summary

Red Dot AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring an AI Engineer to build LLM-powered agents and co-pilots for datacenter operations. You will connect language models, digital twins, and real-time data to support energy optimization and infrastructure automation.

You will collaborate with data scientists, systems engineers, and domain experts to translate operational needs into robust AI applications, with hands-on backend development and agent design in simulated and real operating environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/AI/ML or related field.
• Backend experience building reliable, scalable systems.
• Hands-on with LLMs, agentic frameworks, or generative AI.
• Expert-level Python programming.
• Experience with ML libraries/APIs such as PyTorch, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
• Knowledge of RAG and prompt engineering for external tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop LLM applications and agentic systems for data center use cases.
• Build backend services and logic to run these systems at scale.
• Design architectures for external tools, planning, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Apply RAG and prompt engineering to connect agents with knowledge.
• Integrate AI agents with digital twin platforms, telemetry pipelines, and simulations.
• Evaluate agents in simulated and real environments; iterate improvements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, systems engineers, and domain experts.
