TikTok LIVE is seeking an experienced operations specialist to lead AI/LLM-enabled governance of our live-streaming content ecosystem. You will design data-driven monitoring systems, identify risks, and translate insights into governance strategies that keep our platform healthy and trustworthy.

You will collaborate with product, policy, algorithm, and regional teams to drive cross-functional governance improvements, with hands-on experience in SQL, RCA, and AI tooling.

Formación

• 5+ years in content ecosystem governance or risk operations on large platforms.
• 5+ years governing live-streaming or UGC ecosystems with monitoring systems.
• Strong data-operations: SQL, metrics and RCA.
• 5+ years applying AI/LLM-enabled tools for governance and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English for cross-language collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Build end-to-end governance loop for ecosystem health metrics.
• Design and run AI/LLM-enabled monitoring systems for safety risks.
• Lead content-risk governance on host/creator side with patterns.
• Develop operational strategies via SQL, A/B testing, RCA.
• Support LLM Ops workflows: prompts, data annotation, evaluation.
• Collaborate with product, algorithm, policy, and regional teams.
