Job summary

TikTok is seeking a core architect to optimize end-to-end LIVE performance and user experience for billions of users worldwide. You will drive cross-domain initiatives, build analytics frameworks, and influence product and infrastructure decisions.

Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with R&D, product, operations, and data teams to scale go-live stability and reduce power consumption while improving perception of video quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in at least one technical domain with architectural design thinking.
• Ability to identify issues from large-scale data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Strong ownership and cross-functional delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance optimization of LIVE and proactively identify issues.
• Build analytical frameworks and a closed-loop governance system for performance.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Client, Server, Algorithms, Audio/Video, CDN and Data teams.
