Responsibilities

• Design and develop the core capabilities of the Performance Analysis Agent.
• Lead or contribute to AI-powered capabilities for the performance analysis workflow, including but not limited to:
• Automatic Data Inspection and Attribution: Real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and minute-level attribution of massive performance metrics.
• Automation of Experimental Analysis: Automatically generate rigorous A/B reports to improve decision-making quality.
• Thematic Analysis Assistance: AI support for topics like power consumption, smoothness, loading speed, with scalable insights.
• Shift-Left Code Performance Review: Integrate AI into Code Review to detect risks early and fix root causes.
• Build and evolve the Agent platform and services: upgrade APIs to MCP framework for scalability and reliability.
• Continuously improve Agent core performance: enhance accuracy and efficiency of understanding, retrieval, decision-making and response.
• Prompt Engineering and Chain of Thought (CoT): design prompts to unleash large model capabilities.
