Job summary

2+1 Concepts is seeking a Design & Project Associate to translate briefs into compelling live-event visuals, from concept through on-site delivery. You will shape the visual identity for Sprint Fest Singapore and other engagements, collaborating with clients and team members to manage timelines, budgets, and production details.

You’ll work across print and digital formats, refining typography, color, and composition while handling client conversations and on-site challenges with a proactive

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing design process across formats.
• Strong grasp of typography, color, layout, composition.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects and Premiere a plus).
• Comfort with print and digital production and file specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and proposals for events, including quotations.
• Provide design execution for multimedia, interactive formats.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and team on project requirements.
• Attend client meetings and site visits.
• Oversee pre- and post-production of designs.
• Support on-site event delivery and ensure timelines and budgets.
