Job summary

PIXO EVENTS ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a designer to create event visuals, backdrops, and print materials, translating concepts into clear layouts that communicate effectively across media.

You will collaborate with project managers and 3D designers, adapt designs for multiple formats, and prepare artworks for print and digital output, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout projects.

Qualifications

Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy.
Prior events or exhibition design experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Design event visuals, key visuals, backdrops, EDMs, social media posts & print materials to meet project requirements.
Translate concepts into clear, well-structured layouts that communicate effectively.
Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes to ensure consistency and usability.
Collaborate closely with project managers and 3D designers to maintain visual consistency throughout projects.
Prepare artworks accurately for print and digital output, ensuring technical specifications are met.
Manage multiple design tasks efficiently while maintaining a responsible working attitude.
Organize and maintain design files systematically to support project workflows and version control.
