Job summary

Levoir International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent Operations/Customer Support professional to manage daily order processing, inventory control, and customer inquiries.

You will coordinate stock movements, update product listings, and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations in a fast-growing lifestyle brand. Ideal candidates have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or operations, and prior e-commerce experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other online commerce platforms an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing and inventory operations.
• Coordinate stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
• Manage and operate TikTok Seller Center and related e-commerce platforms.
• Create, update, and maintain product listings.
• Provide general administrative and operational support.

Employment Type:Full-time

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Salary:Starting from SGD 3,000-5,000 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing and inventory operations.
