HOUSE + PTE. LTD. is seeking a Livestream Operations Lead to drive end-to-end livestream and e-commerce activities on Douyin and WeChat Channels.

You will shape strategies, select products, plan content, and schedule events while guiding the livestream team to 1-to-1 growth. Collaboration with Marketing and Operations will be essential for success. Responsibilities include daily sessions, major campaigns, performance analysis, and optimizing GMV, conversions, and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee livestream operations on Douyin (TikTok China) and WeChat Channels.
• Develop livestream operation strategies including product selection and content planning.
• Lead setup, operation, and growth of livestream accounts from 0 to 1.
• Coordinate host, products, content, and on-site teams across the livestream流程.
• Plan daily sessions and major promotional campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and conduct post-session reviews to improve GMV, conversions, ROI.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns while monitoring costs and performance.
• Build, train, and manage the livestream team.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide regular management reports on performance and improvements.
