Qualifications

• Freshly called to the Bar or up to 3 years’ PQE.
• Strong legal writing and sound practical judgment.
• Organised, committed, and reliable; eager to learn civil procedure through experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from commencement to resolution under supervision.
• Attend court mentions, hearings, and mediations.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, written submissions, and legal opinions.
• Engage clients in a professional and responsive manner.
