Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore is seeking engineers to join our manufacturing teams. You will contribute to day-to-day manufacturing activities, analyze and resolve real-time production issues, and help keep equipment running efficiently.

We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with a basic understanding of manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with Tool Owners, Tool Specialists, and Production Supervisors to meet targets and share knowledge across teams.

Qualifications

• Graduates in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen desire to learn.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shift, standby duties and overtime as needed.
• Proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and isolation, and real-time solution implementation.
• Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Tool Owners & Tool Specialist & Production Supervisors to achieve the overall committed Production targets.
• Provide cross functional / cross-dept / cross-fab support & coverage based on need & priority.
• Share technical knowledge and lesson learnt with new colleagues.
