Job summary

RF360 Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a production line leader to plan and optimize WIP, resources and line continuity on high-volume electronics manufacturing lines in Singapore.

You will work closely with production planners and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to multi-task, and hands-on coaching of operators, with emphasis on reducing waste, improving processes (FMEA/SPC), and maintaining compliance with 5S

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semiconductor industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experienced with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze the WIP, resources and activities in ensuring line continuity.
• Effective line management and lot movement to meet OTD.
• Coordinate with planner in production schedule to maximize the line utilization.
• Implement effective work methodologies to ensure consistently high-quality output and productivity.
• Together with engineering team, effective execution of assigned WI, SOP and target.
• Drive together with Engineers in minimizing scraps and mishandling in the line.
• Establish cross-training plans and proper certifications and re-certifications for respective team.
• Responsible in managing the shift manpower and achieving the turnover target.
• Compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standard and cleanroom protocol.
