TANA DEVELOPMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent cook to support busy kitchen operations. You will prepare mise-en-place and all raw materials according to recipes, and ensure accurate portioning and presentation.

You will monitor inventories, manage orders, and uphold hygiene standards while working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for those with or without experience.

Qualifications

• With or without experience are welcome as training will be provided.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrate ability to work as a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepares all raw cooking materials and all mise-en-place as required
• Prepares orders according to the recipe and ensures accuracy in portioning
• Ensure appeaking food presentation at all times
• Prepare and cook food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards
• Monitor food inventories and place orders
• Ensure all hygiene standards are observed at all times
• To work safely, efficiently and being productive at all times
• Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment
• Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
