Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant's menu, recipes and quality standards.
• Plan and organise daily food preparation to ensure timely kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, marinating, seasoning and portioning food items.
• Monitor kitchen supplies and inform management when ingredients or other supplies need replenishment.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely preparation of food orders.
• Assist in developing new dishes and maintaining consistency in food preparation.
