Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Lightwell Specialist Solution Architect to drive adoption of Red Hat Lightwell. The role focuses on removing blockers and aligning GTM strategies with customer needs through hands-on build environment work, architectural walkthroughs, and developer-focused demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Experience across software engineering, build/release, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on in customer build environments and DevSecOps.
• Sales/technical-sell experience in enterprise software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical conversations with developers, build engineers, and leadership in customers' environments.
• Configure builds to resolve against Lightwell repositories and troubleshoot results with engineers.
• Present Red Hat's differentiating position and drive adoption of Lightwell in accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, and partners to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Deliver technical deep dives, proofs of concept, and bake-offs as needed.
• Provide enablement and mentorship to the Red Hat Technical Sales community.
