Singapore Stone Lighting Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager (Technical Sales & Project Support) to bridge deep technical lighting knowledge with a strong sales acumen. You will oversee projects from initial site consultation to final installation guidance, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on experience in B2B lighting, with the ability to travel to project sites across Singapore.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in the lighting industry (B2B sector preferred).
Strong understanding of technical lighting specifications, fixtures, drivers, and control systems.
Experience in preparing commercial quotations, site assessments, and delivering technical sales presentations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel to various project sites across Singapore independently.

Responsibilities

Lighting Consultation & Proposal: Analyze client requirements and propose customized B2B lighting solutions and designs.
Site Survey & Assessment: Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate project requirements, structural constraints, and technical specifications.
Quotation & Commercials: Prepare accurate, competitive project costing, budget estimates, and formal business quotations for clients.
Technical Sales: Drive business growth by managing client accounts, identifying technical needs, and presenting value-driven proposals to B2B clients.
Installation Supervision: Provide professional, on-site technical guidance and troubleshooting support to installation teams and contractors.
