Job summary

Auxilio Studio LLP is seeking a Project Executive Lighting in Singapore to coordinate lighting projects from concept to completion. This hybrid role combines on-site client work with studio tasks and occasional remote work, requiring collaboration across designers and contractors.

You will review drawings, manage vendors, track progress, and support testing and commissioning while assisting with budgets and post-install handover to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Foundation project coordination and management skills, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Foundational knowledge of experiential or exhibition lighting, including basic understanding of luminaires, control systems, and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with standard office productivity tools; familiarity with design or CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with clients.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving site and coordination issues.
• Diploma or degree in 3D / Spatial design, architecture, interior design, engineering, lighting design, or a related field preferred; relevant project experience in museums, galleries, or themed environments is a plus.
• Comfort working in a hybrid arrangement like a start-up based in Singapore, including site visits, client meetings, and occasional evening or weekend work when required by project timelines.
• Fresh Graduate with either PM. events, Lighting application, Lighting programming and electrical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Role Description The Project Executive Lighting is a full-time role responsible for coordinating and executing lighting projects from concept through completion.
