Job summary

ELSA is seeking a Lifting Equipment Engineer in Singapore to oversee compliance and certification of lifting appliances and rigging systems for the VE3500 drydock project.

Responsibilities include preparing lift plans, coordinating with third-party surveyors and auditors, and conducting technical audits to support commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Offshore lifting systems experience.
• LEEA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong background in rigging, NDT, and lifting compliance.

Location: Singapore (frequent shipyard attendance)

Duration: 6 months (Contract)
