Job summary

CPC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a Civil Engineering professional to lead lifting and erection planning for crawler and mobile cranes on site in Singapore.

You will develop and review lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments while coordinating with operations to ensure safe, compliant execution. You will liaise with site engineers, lifting supervisors, riggers, and signalmen as the main contact for lifting operations, performing inspections and risk mitigations to meet regulatory

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Able to operate MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and lifting safety standards.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical/project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Take overall charge of preparing lifting and erection plans for Crawler, Mobile Cranes and etc.
• Develop, review, and maintain lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures for all lifting activities.
• Plan work sequences and timelines in coordination with the operations team.
• Liaise closely with site engineers, lifting supervisors, riggers, and signalmen; serve as the main point of contact for all site lifting operations.
• Conduct routine site inspections and daily walkabouts to monitor compliance with HSE procedures, regulatory requirements, and client standards.
• Assess site conditions, identify risk factors, and implement corrective actions.
• Review project specifications and provide feedback from an engineering perspective.
• Perform discipline checks on procedures and technical analyses.
