Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor with a background in Mechanical or Civil engineering to lead daily project operations.

You will plan, supervise, and follow up on actions, coordinate with teams and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and maintain documentation. A valid Class 2 or 3 driving license is required and the role involves movement across project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years (in aggregate) of practical experience, with crane system or construction site related experience would be an advantage.
• Must be dynamic, innovative, meticulous with positive working attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player and yet independent.
• Able to multi-task and move around different project sites within the day.
• With a valid Class 2 or 3 driving licenses.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules.
• Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements established for each project.
• Ensure quality workmanship and documentation throughout the whole project process.
• Attends internal and/or external meetings relating to the respective projects.
• Co-ordinate and interact with the project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors.
• To support Sales and Service Teams with Technical Drawings and calculations as per customers’ requirements.
• Develop work instructions for inspection and testing activities.
• Prepare & update project status by collecting, analysing, and summarizing the information gathered.
• Responsible for updating on technical information/documentation.
• Responsible for supervision and allocation of jobs onsite.
• Capable of handling situational problems, looking into customer’s complaints and initiating corrective actions.
• Ensure deficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken.
• Identify and providing training for Supervisors and operations team.
• Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and operations personnel.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
• Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
