Job summary

Belift Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Coordinator to support lift service and maintenance operations by scheduling appointments, tracking progress, and preparing documentation.

Qualifications

• ITE Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Lift industry experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Good admin and documentation skills (quotations, DOs, service reports)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of equipment servicing, maintenance, or technical support is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and monthly service and maintenance schedules to ensure timely execution
• Arrange service appointments with customers, Technicians, Service Leads, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding service cases to ensure resolution
• Track parts and equipment deliveries, repairs, replacements, and servicing progress for accurate status updates
• Prepare service quotations, Job Completion Delivery Orders (DOs), service reports, and related documentation to support service processes
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, service, and maintenance activities for compliance and reference
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Service and Operations Teams to enhance workflow efficiency
• Handle customer follow-ups and assist in resolving service-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Service, and other departments to ensure timely service delivery and collaboration
• Assist with technical support requests and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team needs
