Job summary

EM Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Lift Maintenance Manager to oversee planning, execution, and optimization of lift maintenance across multiple sites. You will lead a team of zone managers, supervisors, and technicians, ensuring safety, compliance, and high service standards.

This role requires strong client liaison, data-driven decision making, and a proactive approach to maintenance performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
At least 5 years in lift maintenance, with 3+ in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong knowledge of lift systems, safety codes, and regulations.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics; familiarity with CMMS.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of lift maintenance staff across multiple sites.
Develop and implement training programs on safety and best practices.
Schedule tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely maintenance.
Provide performance feedback and oversee repairs to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements and maintain records.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.
Utilize data to optimize maintenance processes and report to management.
