Tahlia Waters in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to lead lift projects on-site, coordinating the field team, vendors, consultants and authorities while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will oversee budget, schedule and contract scope, prepare progress reports and liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant project delivery. Strong leadership, communication and multitasking are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Civil or related engineering field.
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics.
• Diploma in Project Management or equivalent.
• 3+ years of project management experience in lift projects.
• CSCPM or Construction Safety Certification required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all activities for Lift projects, the field team and on-site personnel to maintain safety and quality.
• Ensure timely project delivery, monitor budget and cost control per contract scope.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, progress claims and safety reports.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, management, supply chain, vendors and sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with Architects/Consultants/Main Contractors/Vendors/Authorities.
• Monitor progress against plan and mitigate overspending; lead project team execution.
• Conduct site surveys and document communications with internal and external parties.
