Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of project management experience for Lift projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities, including on-site teams and workforce, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual scope and specifications.
• Monitor and control project costs with full accountability for financial performance and profitability.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, claims, safety reports, procurement lists, and ad-hoc reports.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Lead project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
