Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Lift Maintenance Specialist in Singapore to perform routine maintenance and servicing of lifts and escalators, respond to breakdown calls, and troubleshoot issues to ensure safe, efficient operation.

The role requires 1–2 years in the lift industry, hands-on maintenance experience, and strong communication skills. He/she should be able to work independently or in a team, with a proactive attitude to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Environment (Vertical Transportation) required.
• 1–2 years' experience in the lift industry.
• Hands-on experience in lift/escalator maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of lifts and escalators.
• Attend to breakdown calls and troubleshoot issues.
• Carry out repairs and replacement of faulty parts.
• Ensure lifts and elevators operate safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
